Based out of Simcoe County, Chantal Godard is an award winning full-time Broker and team leader of Grassroots Real Estate Team. Born and raised in Barrie, Chantal is familiar with Simcoe County and is eager and enthusiastic to share with her residential clients the various neighbourhoods, businesses, and amenities the City and surrounding areas have to offer. Chantal services all of Simcoe County focusing primarily on Snow Valley, Midhurst, Thornton, Essa, Angus, Anten Mills, Innisfil, Springwater, Hillsdale, Orillia, Oro-Medonte, Horseshoe, and Moonstone.

Chantal is a pillar member of the community and believe strongly in giving back wether its through charity work with the Women and Children's Shelter or Heart & Stroke Foundation, sponsoring local youth sports teams, managing her children’s Rep baseball teams or supporting local businesses. She is the past President of the Board of Directors for The Barrie and District Association of Realtors District Association of REALTORS® Inc. representing over 1,500 registered Realtors, ensuring the delivery of a high standard of professionalism to better represent the local real estate needs of the community.

As an experienced agent, Chantal understands that buying and selling are two of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and views representing and guiding her clients through this process as a true privilege.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Chantal was a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada. She applies her background in the legal profession through her attention to detail, organization, and negotiations, efficiently catering to any client's needs. Chantal is also fluently bilingual, allowing her to easily communicate in French or English.

When Chantal is not selling real estate she is spending quality time hanging out with her 3 boys and 2 dogs, coaching/playing baseball (or any sport), traveling, mountain biking, camping, hiking, enjoying the outdoors and snowboarding in the winter or you can find her curled up with a good book, on the yoga mat or meditating refining her spiritual practice.
